An old friend from his school days stops by to ask Andy to talk to his daughter about the company she is keeping. The daughter is living with a woman who's looking to eventually change her sex, but that isn't the issue, it's her boyfriend is an unstable element. So unstable, that despite Andy's visit the next morning the daughter's roommate is murdered. Another of Andy's old schoolmates might be the key to unraveling the mystery. Also for some unexplained reason, Sipowicz seems unusually agitated with Fancy. Meanwhile, Greg and James look into where a man is getting a lot of teeth that contain gold fillings and uncover a small grave robbing operation. Later, Naomi confesses to Bobby about her Australian origins and her desire to become a police woman.
