After the Clampetts are introduced to Homer, Granny wants to meet his father. Drysdale arranges it, getting Jane to pose as the father after promising her the sweetest roll she’s ever seen. Jethro enters and asks Drysdale if he can have one of the sweet roll in his car, and Jane learns she has been tricked. She calls Homer Noodleman rotten, and Dash calls his “father” an old nut.
