Mike, Mariellen and their two sons have vacationed in Galveston, Texas, for years, and now they're ready to buy a beach home of their own. Broker Barbara Zimmerman is here to help them find a house with a boat lift for fisherman Mike and convenient beach access for Mariellen. Mike is a contractor, so he and Mariellen are prepared to take on any renovations their house may need, including an updated kitchen, a guest suite and an outdoor shower.
