Little House on the Prairie: When Laura is playing along the creek, she finds a bottle with a note that simply reads "Be my friend." Laura begins searching for new bottles on a regular basis, and one day she and Charles are stunned to find a baby at the foot of the water. Upon bringing the little girl home with them, Laura cares for the infant as her own and grows increasingly attached, while Charles seeks out the biological parents.
