Snorks: The Governor unveils a new painting of himself in the town square, which is ruined by the mark of a red crayon. Interestingly enough, Casey was missing a red crayon from her set. Junior and his family blame Allstar and his friends for ruining the painting. Tooter later finds the red crayon and starts scribbling with it. Unfortunately, Junior catches Tooter with the evidence. Tooter is charged with defacing property, but when the trial begins, Tooter is nowhere to be found. The Snorks find Tooter by using Professor Galleo's secret weapon, the Silver Fish. While the Snorks find Tooter, someone else is scribbling red mustaches on the Governor's painting. The Snorks find Tooter being chased by a giant crab and almost gets caught in a bad sea current. Casey finds her red crayon when Baby Smallstar is found scribbling red mustaches on the painting! The charges against Tooter are dropped.
