They would have blend the worms, suck the juice up through a straw, and spit it into a cylinder to make a handcuff key float to the top. Once they had freed themselves from the handcuffs, they would have to jump into a dumpster filled with mud and worms and find a metal thermos filled with blended earthworms. They would have to empty the contents into a glass and drink it to stop the time. The two men and the two women to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round, the others would be eliminated. Although she was not a contestant, Ryan's wife Trista Rehn (The Bachelorette) was present to cheer him on in this stunt. Fear Factor offered to donate $1,000 to the charity of her choice if she would eat 5 earthworms. Stunt #3 (Spinning water cage) Contestants would be locked inside a metal cage that was half submerged in water. As the cage spun vertically, getting faster and faster, they would have to unlock four locks to open the cage and swim to a buoy to stop the clock. The contestant to complete this stunt the fastest would win a one-week trip to the Breezes Punta Cana Resort in the Dominican Republic. No one would be eliminated in this stunt. Stunt #4 (Car over car) Contestants would have to drive a car up and over a ramp car as many times as possible before crashing or running out of road. As time went on, the ramp car would start swerving. The contestant to get the most successful passes in the fastest time would be the Reality Stars Fear Factor Champion and win $50,000.
