The Bill: The new CID team arrives at Sun Hill, lead by the new station commander, Supt Tom Chandler. DCI Meadows is facing a disciplinary board hearing, but is assigned to head the investigation of an apparently racially-motivated harassment of a local family, and the main suspect turns out to be Helen Freeley, a woman Meadows had an affair with several years previously.
