Casualty: Former colleagues Ash, Megan, Mike and Duffy come back to attent Charlie and Baz's wedding. But an emergency at the hospital means everyone has to return to A&E before Charlie and Baz can actually tie the knot. One case involves an Asian girl, Lamisha, and her non-Asian boyfriend, Damian, who have run away together as her family insist she must have an arranged marriage to an Asian boy. The two have been on the run pursued by Asian gangsters, including Lamisha's brother. Charlie goes to speak to Damian outside the A&E in an attempt to sort out the situation, but sees him being knocked down by a private ambulance driven by Lamisha's brother; he is himself injured by the reversing vehicle. As the ambulance turns for a final run at the wounded Damian, Charlie lies motionless in it's path.
