In Northamptonshire, police are searching for a suspected gunman. A lone officer approaches a male in an empty car park and is suddenly attacked during the routine search. A violent assault leads to the policeman being overpowered and his attacker strangling him. Back-up is on its way, but will it get there in time?

In North London, a criminal gang suspected of defrauding pensioners in Gloucestershire have been tracked to a premises in the capital. In a planned raid, officer's storm the building, but one of the gang escapes out of a back window. What follows is a deadly rooftop chase.

And in Birmingham, while on routine patrol, officers spot flames engulfing a rooftop. Once on scene, an officer puts his life on the line, immediately running into the building to evacuate the families living there. As he gets to the top floor he discovers the source of the blaze: a cannabis farm is burning out of control.
