Hell Girl: Chinami, Yagisawa's wife, is in a hospital fighting and illness. He's desperate for money and would do anything to help her. He enters the Hotline To Hell to get revenge on Hhouki, whom he committed a crime with and at whose urging he killed the third member of their group in order to obtain his money. Hhouki visits the hospital to tell Chinami that her husband had killed a man, causing her to go into a coma. Yasigawa then sends Hhouki to Hell. When Yasigawa returns to the hospital, only to find out that his wife doesn't remember him. Kikuri somehow made Chinami believe that she is her daughter. She then dies and joins Ai and company.
