He chases Kuroko throughout an abandoned building, but is defeated when Kuroko teleports the windows to cut through the building's supports, bringing the place down. Having barely just survived, the thug surrenders his Level Upper to Kuroko. Ruiko feels even more conflicted about what to do with the Level Upper, but an encounter with some of her friends leads her to tell them that she has it.
