Growing up in the roughest area of New Jersey, adopted brothers Mark (Patrick Muldoon) and Tony were always “wise” beyond their years. As adults, the two have both found work as hired killers - one for the Mob, the other for the CIA. When a scheme to embezzle millions in government funds is uncovered, the evidence points straight to the top of the Agency. The two brothers are drawn into the center of the action as they protect the needy hacker (Judge Reinhold) who is the only cyber-witness to the crime. Dodging multiple hit squads, they try to stay one step ahead of the army of agents and Wise Guys gunning for them. With the help of a childhood friend, the now beautiful and sex Laura (Carmen Electra), as well as the local Mob boss, they just mi ft save themselves and catch the criminals in the process. If not, they could be the next ones who get WHACKED!
