The third live-action film based on Goto Shinobu’s yaoi light novel series Takumi-kun, Bibo no Detail continues the boys love tales of romance, friendship, and all that angst at an all-boys boarding school. Niji-iro no Glass leads Hamao Kyosuke and Watanabe Daisuke reprise their roles as Takumi and Gii. Entering his third year at Shido Gakuen, Takumi-kun is no longer allowed to room with Gii because of school regulations. Takumi has trouble adjusting to life with another roommate, and Gii, now a dorm monitor, seems to be acting increasingly aloof towards him. Faced with these unhappy changes, Takumi’s complex about human contact begins to act up again. Bibo no Detail is helmed by Niji-iro no Glass director Yokoi Kenji, and co-stars other The Prince of Tennis Musical stars like Takiguchi Yukihiro, Baba Ryoma, Kawasumi Bishin, Acaba Mio, and Saito Yasuka.
