As the killings continue, Jessica cannot get any real evidence against Barrows to arrest him and finds herself suspended from the force, and nobody will believe her suspicions, except for an ambitious female district attorney, named Alex Hanson, whom is following the case. Realizing that Barrows uses his security system to spy on people, Jessica takes drastic steps to lure him into the open by pushing the laws of ethics: by seducing Alex.
