Anthony (Justin Toon) is a mild-mannered man, quiet and withdrawn; he immerses himself in his own fantasy world of comics. Working at his dream job, the local comic book store, Anthony endures the constant bullying of his boss Chett (William C. Cothron). While emptying the trash in the alley behind the store, Anthony sees a mysterious poster on the wall. It unrolls, revealing a world beyond Anthony's comic book imagination. Over the next few hours he is immersed in a situation he thought existed only in his comics. Anthony must race against time and himself if he is to survive the night, let alone exist the next morning.

How to Watch The Poster Legally and Safely

If you want to stream The Poster through reputable and legal services, there are a few good options depending on where you are. Subscription platforms like HBO Max, Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Apple TV+ sometimes carry The Poster films or related DC titles—though availability depends on your country.

If you’d rather not commit to a subscription, there are ad‑supported, free (but legal) platforms such as Tubi, Pluto TV, Peacock or Crackle (where available in your region) that occasionally host superhero films.

Lastly, don’t forget about library‑linked streaming options like Kanopy or Hoopla (if your library or university is registered), and official uploads by film distributors on YouTube—these can also give you legal access to classic movies.
