Doctor Victor Frankenstein, through his extensive and rather unconventional work in the field of science, creates a being from the corpses of many humans, his famous monster appropriately named Adam. However, the creator rejects his creation and soon Adam is discovered by two warring factions, the Gargoyles who fight for heaven and the Demons who rise from hell. Left on his own, Adam wonders aimlessly around the world for two hundred years. He eventually discovers that he is the key to an unholy plan by the Demons to bring about the end of the world, so the monster reluctantly allies with the Gargoyles to save the day. But will the Gargoyles truly accept the one person God did not create?
